How Do They Process Monsoon Malabar?
Monsoon Malabar coffee is produced by streamlining the natural monsooning process while maintaining stringent quality control. The green coffee beans are first graded before being placed in aerated warehouses on the Malabar coast and exposed to the warm, humid Indian monsoon winds from June to September. As the coffee takes in moisture from the air, it is turned frequently.
