πΏAbout Ethiopia Natural Guji Shakiso:
Guji is one of the coffee growing areas of Oromia Regional state, situated in the southern part of Ethiopia, near the Kenya border.
The coffee cherries are selectively handpicked and dried on the bed with utmost care, giving the coffees from this region a unique flavour, mostly sweet fruits and floral.
Guji region generally offers washed and natural coffee, the producers are recently starting to prepare honey as well. They are open to learning new knowledge to enhance and sustain their production.
Guji coffees always demonstrate classic flavours which include citrus, floral, stonefruits, complex, balanced; make it perform well in both filter and espresso.
