The bimodal rainfall distribution pattern and ideal temperature (15°C - 25C°) made this area develop a unique flavour notes; the soil is mostly volcanic structure with pH ranging from 5 to 6.8.
Konga is a cooperative society within the vicinity of the Yirgacheffe area. it shares similar characteristics of coffees from Yirgacheffe, which are generally characterised as bright, distinct floral aroma, intense and complex flavours, medium to pointed acidity.
