Huila is part of the Andean region (southwest area of the country). Coffees from this region are balanced and complex with a high valuation of their acidity.
This astonishing, unique, and wholesome coffee is cultivated between 1550 and 1750 meters above sea level, the crops are influenced by positive environmental characteristics such as soil, climate, vegetation, rainfall, etc.
The magnificence of this cup is the result of the patience and effort during the 42 months that this coffee was harvested.
After picking the mature fruits, red cherries were fermented for 8 hours, then the wet fermentation was prolonged for 24 hours getting unique attributes to this balance and delicate coffee with its bright and citric acidity, its medium body with caramel notes that are perceived in the fragrance and the floral notes.
